Adult Bamboo Bed Wetting Sheet Care Instructions
We want to help you get the most out of your Hygge Sheet®. Made with soft, breathable bamboo, your mattress protector is designed to be absorbent and waterproof. Below you’ll find step-by-step care instructions, placement tips, and answers to common questions from our community.
Step 1: Place your incontinence Hygge Sheet® directly on top of your regular fitted bed sheet.

Step 3: Position the top edge near the pillow area for maximum coverage and to reduce movement during the night.
Our waterproof sheets are designed to cover the most important area, they don’t need to cover the whole mattress like traditional mattress protectors.
Tuck the flaps securely on either side of the mattress. The incontinence bed sheet is designed to cover only part of the mattress surface, this is intentional to provide both comfort and effective protection.
Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C on a standard cycle.
Avoid bleach or fabric softener as these may harm the waterproof backing.
Use your regular detergent for best results.
Quick dry: Tumble dry on low heat setting.
Eco-friendly: Air dry on a washing line, clothes dyer, or over a low-heat radiator.
Always ensure your sheet is completely dry before reusing.
Disposable bed sheets can be very costly and also not great for the environment. Making a swap to reusable is not only better for the environment but can also save you money too!
Our bamboo Hygge Sheets® are designed differently from standard incontinence protectors. Built with five layers, they include an additional absorbent core for superior leak resistance. The soft bamboo surface offers a premium feel, while its natural temperature-regulating properties help keep you comfortable and cool throughout the night.
Your bamboo bed protector will stay waterproof and absorbent for up to 300 washes if cared for properly.
- Pre-treat any stains with a mild stain remover (like Vanish) before washing.
- Follow with your regular wash cycle.
- Avoid bleach as this can break down the waterproof backing.
Hygge Sheets® come in a wide range of sizes including single, double, king size and super king size.
- Wash at 40°C max.
- No bleach or fabric conditioner.
- Tumble dry on low or air dry.
- Up to 300 washes lifespan.
- Store completely dry.
