Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Tags must still be attached (if applicable)
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
1. To start a return, please email us at hello@hygge-sheets.com along with your order number
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away and we’ll put it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order separately
- This helps us get the right product to you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Your bank or credit card provider may take a little longer to process the refund
